Today, she continues her mission as a board member for a local FQHC serving underserved communities, and as a proud member of the Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority. Wilma is also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother — roles that further fuel her belief in relationship-based care.

Wilma Anthony is a seasoned registered nurse with over 31 years of compassionate, relationship-based care. Known for her empathy, transformational leadership, and healing presence, Wilma has built a career rooted in genuine connection and clinical excellence.
A graduate of Mount Saint Joseph University (BSN) and Northern Kentucky University (MSN in Nursing Leadership), Wilma’s experience spans far beyond the classroom. From mentoring new nurses and teaching students, to leading in adolescent psychiatry, home health, geriatric and dementia care, psychiatric case management, population health, and executive-level leadership — she has touched nearly every corner of nursing.
But it was her personal journey as a caregiver for her own family that deeply shaped her calling. Through those experiences, she recognized the emotional and physical toll caregiving takes — and the critical need for compassionate support.
